Information Authentys, Inc. Collects

We collect the following categories of personal information from our clients, candidates and Site visitors:

  • Contact Information such as name, email address, mailing address.
  • Username and password when you register on our Site;
  • Professional information, such as your job title, department or job role;
  • Billing Information such as credit or debit card number, ACH payment information and billing address.
  • Identifiers such as user name, account number, password, IP addresses.
  • Education information, such as education history, membership in clubs and organizations, awards and honors;

When you download, install or use Authentys, Inc. apps, we and our service providers may track and collect certain device related information and certain app usage data (such as the date and time the app on your device accesses our servers and what information and files have been downloaded to the app based on your device ID.

You may also choose to provide us with access to certain personal information stored by third parties like social media sites, universities, and professional organizations. By authorizing Authentys, Inc. to have access to this information, you agree that we may collect, store and use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Sensitive Personal Information: In connection with Authentys, Inc.’s services, Authentys, Inc. may request types of sensitive personal information. Sensitive personal information includes government-issued identification, driver’s license, or social security number, and other information deemed sensitive under applicable data protection laws. This site is not intended for use by minors. Authentys does not knowingly collect information from minors. To use the Site, you must be the age of legal majority in your place of residence. By using the Site, you hereby represent that you are at least the age of legal majority in your place of residence.
